Well, it was a nice dinner tonight at another homeowner who is also a BOD, and it was quite nice, I brought the garlic bread and the others brought the salad, dessert and wine…while the host made the spaghetti! It was a nice evening and got done early enough for all of us to enjoy the rest of Sunday! We are all prepare for this meeting

You know, I’m so tired with people complaining about this and that…we have this VP in our board and he has complained constantly that we are taking his FREE time to have meetings for this community! I was sooooooo pissed….I’ve been involved in this frigging place since I moved in!!!!!!!! I’ve lost many work hours to accommodate them. This was the last straw and I’m not putting up with it anymore. He can be the F&^%* secretary/treasurer… he’s single and has no one to be worried about, as for us, I have a teenager son and working my ass off to keep the roof over our head and now with this increase, trying to play catch up with all my bills!!

Well, sod it, they can do this without me!

Well, finally!! The loan closed and funded today apparently.  I received a call from Ashley (the closing lawyer) that she needed my address and it will be the loan documents.  I guess we can start working, but it was suggested to the management company to wait until Wednesday to start work, and they were delivering the materials today, but they start working today!! Well, lets just say that some of the board were not happy and the management got an ear full!!! But, hey the work has started and we can finally get this place fixed up nice and the value to rise!

Meeting is tomorrow….this will be conveyed at a later date…I need my bed now… have a wonderful evening!

Well, I tried to put a post about the new Maxine cartoons, but am having a bit of problem, so will have to post it another time, while hubby figures it out.. or better yet, he can do it himself… how cool is that!! Later peeps and have a great evening and SMILE… its MONDAY!! LMAO!!

2nd - sorry I’ve been absent in getting you updates on here…but life has a way of keeping you on your toes and busy too! Well, we finally signed the loan and now waiting to be funded…then we can start moving to get the place fixed up! BUT…let me tell you what the bank is trying to do, I would suggest that YOU DO NOT USE this bank ever again for any kind of loan….after what they’ve done to us…I will surely tell all via this space to not ever do business with them ever again! They have no clue to what they are doing at all and the legal counsel??? OMG!! But, I can not tell you the business name until this is finalized and we have the money in our account, but I geest not, I will NEVER use this people again…just to let you know they’re in DC….that should give you some kind of idea…

Later, I’ve got to get some rest, as I have not had any lately and my body is yelling for sleep…tomorrow is Friday, but will have to work all weekend to get all caught up with work as missed 2 days worth of hours that needs to be made up …. have a wonderful evening and a great weekend if I don’t’ speak to you before then!
